Sorry its been awhile......
Kayli's urine test came back positive for heavy metals in her system. She has a high amount of mercury and arsenic in her. We are currently trying to make an appointment for her to have a heavy metal detox done, but we will need to collect her urine for 6 hours after the detox and we have no idea how we could do that. Once we get it figured out I will let yall know. The diet is going well, we are 3 weeks into it and we all seem to be adapting to it. It may be awhile before I post again, my dad is in the process of being diagnosed with cancer. So I am a little stressed and busy.
